At SENTRO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and components received with the product.

Items that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome, exchange or full refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse or accidental damage.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or missing components.
  • Products returned outside the eligible return period.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, SENTRO will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
